We then bed warm-water pipework into those channels, encapsulate them with thermally conductive compound, and commission a full hydronic underfloor heating system, without removing floors, raising thresholds, or rebuilding the property. It is the right choice for Cheshire homeowners with solid floors who want the comfort and efficiency of a wet UFH system but cannot accept the disruption, cost, or floor build-up of traditional installation methods.
