BHL Underfloor Heating Ltd was incorporated in November 2020 (Companies House 12999659) to fix a problem we kept seeing on Cheshire jobs: generalist plumbers and renewables firms attempting retrofit UFH as a side-project, ripping up floors they didn't need to lift, oversizing heat pumps, and leaving homeowners with half-functional systems and no warranty support.
We help private homeowners, architects, and main contractors across Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Prestbury, Bramhall, Cheadle Hulme, Macclesfield, Sale and South Manchester install genuinely engineered wet underfloor heating systems, designed room by room, milled into existing slabs where appropriate, and commissioned to manufacturer specification.
We specialise exclusively in retrofit UFH, new-build UFH, MCS air source heat pumps, smart zonal controls, and the fault-diagnosis work that comes from inheriting other firms' mistakes. We do not chase boiler swaps, bathrooms, or general plumbing. That focus is why our installs run quieter, balance faster, and consume 22–35% less than the systems we replace.
Every member of the team is directly employed, no subcontracted labour, no day-rate fitters. The same engineer who surveys your property installs and commissions it, and is the named contact for the lifetime of the warranty.
